The project is an art piece to be used to play. It’s a landscape at children heigh, a space to pass through and explore, a surface to be touched. It is made by a sequence of passages and openings that children can inhabit and play with. It’s a place that fosters children imagination, it doesn't dictate how to play, instead enhances children to discover all the possibilities of actions provided in it. It becomes a labyrinth, a place to hide and a place of encounters, a stage. It is an adventurous landscape to explore and climb. The forms are made with coloured and multi-textures concrete, with variations of pigments, stones, sand and cement arranged in different ratios, creating colourful and crafted forms. It is a material that with different treatments can assume different textures: it can be polished, becoming a smooth surface revealing the stones used in the mixture as a geological, archaeological section. It can have a rougher texture being washed out or can be cast on different materials - textile, earth etc, impressing their texture into concrete.
